That Girl Studios

This form is a request only. There is a $75 deposit required to save your date. With a minimum $250 overall purchase. The deposit will be applied to your total cost. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted via email to confirm your date and instruct you to pay the deposit fee through the website. Your date will not be reserved until deposit is received and must be done prior to receiving your flowers. Final payment is due prior to pick up. Because of the amount of time and detail required for these pieces, I only accept a few fresh bouquets a month so planning in advance is encouraged.

Although I am happy to accept late orders, a late booking fee will be applied to any orders placed less than one week or after the event. The fee will be $40 for 3-6 days prior to event, $60 for 1-2 days prior or after the event. Booking in advance is encouraged!

Drop-off is in Coaldale, Alberta.

I do not accept mailed fresh flower bouquets at this time. However I can instruct you on how to dry them yourself at home and then ship them to me at a later date. All shipping costs must be covered by customer.

Although I will dry all of your flowers, knowing this information helps me make sure I choose the best methods. (ex: silica gel is used for when flowers need to keep their natural shape, pressing is used for making flat items like trays and ornaments)

That Girl Studios is not liable if your flowers are lost or damaged in the mailing process.

I (customer) am responsible for any shipping costs.

That Girl Studios will provide 2 layout options. Resin will not be poured until design is approved. If more layouts are requested, the customer will be subject to a $30 design fee per new layout.

I (customer) understand that not all flowers dry the same. Certain flowers may fade or change colour during the drying process. (Eg. Red roses tend to dry darker & white flowers can turn cream)

I will not hold That Girl Studios responsible in the event of loss or damage to flowers due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, flooding, in transit, ect.).

Turn around time is approximately 3-9 months for larger pieces. Small orders may be completed faster depending on overall workload and size of order.

That Girl Studios does not return extra flowers that are not used in your order. Doing so is subject to a $20 fee.
